Paying by Mail
Refer to the directions on your billing statement to pay by mail.
Please be sure to include your loan number on your check or money order. Additionally, include the coupon from your monthly billing statement or payment book.
Escrow: Taxes & Insurance If you have an escrow account for taxes and insurance, we will manage it for you. An escrow account is a special money reserve that’s collected along with your monthly mortgage payment and used to pay for taxes and insurance premiums on your property. An escrow account ensures that taxes and insurance premiums will be paid on time. When it’s time to pay those taxes and insurance premiums, we will make those payments for you. We will send an annual escrow statement, which is an analysis of the year's escrow account activity. |
